Machines are grouped by process step, from peeling and straightening to induction heat treatment, centerless grinding and polishing, so large runs and mixed sizes can be produced in parallel.

From saw to grinder: how each Yixin bar is made
Only Q&T grades are quenched and tempered, and only hardened shafts are induction hardened. Every Q&T bar is roll straightened, and chrome bars are polished before and after plating.

Partners work to Yixin's specification. When parts return, Yixin checks chrome thickness, diameter and surface before packing. Technical support and after-sales stay with Yixin.
