How finished bars are packed, cut and shipped
Finished bars are wrapped in protective film and tied with cotton rope — never steel straps. Export orders go in wooden cases or on wooden pallets. Below: our packing, lengths and cutting, lead times and terms.
HOW WE PACK
Four things settled before you order
Protective film and cotton rope
Finished bars are wrapped in protective film and tied into bundles with cotton rope; domestic loads also get lifting slings.
No steel straps on finished bars
Steel straps leave marks on a chrome or ground surface, so we never use them on finished bars — only on raw bar.
Wooden cases or pallets for export
Export orders go in wooden cases or on wooden pallets, chosen by diameter, length, quantity and the handling at your port.
Your brand on the packing
We can print your brand on the packing; the bars themselves are not printed. Send the artwork with the order.
LENGTHS & CUTTING
Full bars of 4, 6, 7.5 or 8.1 m — or cut to length
Full bars of 4 m, 6 m, 7.5 m or 8.1 m; CNC saw cut to length from 200 mm with about 3 mm allowance, ends left as sawn.
End machining — threads, chamfers, centre holes — is done by long-term partner plants to Yixin's specification and assessed from your drawing.

Export terms
How standard orders are handled. Volume and special requirements are written into the quotation.

- 1 t per order; 20–50 kg sample orders (the sample fee is refunded with your order; freight paid by the buyer)
- Lead time
- Cut-to-length from stock 3–5 days · non-standard diameters 7–10 days · custom heat treatment 10–20 days · 42CrMo 7–10 days, plus sea-freight booking
- Trade & payment
- FOB Shanghai or Ningbo · T/T, 50% deposit, balance before shipment
- Packing
- Protective film and cotton-rope ties (no steel straps on finished bars, so the surface is not marked); wooden cases or wooden pallets for export; your brand can be printed on the packing
- Documents
- Commercial invoice, packing list and mill certificate; certificate of origin arranged per order; third-party inspection on request
