This page explains how information you provide when contacting Yixin through the website is used.
Where you came from
To learn which channels bring buyers to Yixin, the site keeps in your browser the website or link that brought you here (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or a Yixin article) and the first page you opened, for up to 30 days. It is sent to us only together with an RFQ you submit.
Visit statistics
The site counts which pages are opened, which website a visit came from, and clicks on phone, WhatsApp, email and RFQ buttons, to improve the site. It uses no cookies, does not store full IP addresses (only an anonymous code that changes every day) and is not linked to the RFQ details you submit.
Purpose
To respond to inquiries, clarify technical and commercial requirements, prepare quotations, follow orders and handle after-sales communication.
Sharing
We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties. It may be shared only where required to fulfil an order, by law, or with your consent.
Files and drawings
Do not include unrelated sensitive information in an initial RFQ. If an NDA is required, contact us before sending complete drawings.
