Induction hardened before hard chrome plating for applications that need higher surface wear resistance and stable guidance.

Hardness	Induction-hardened case ≥ HRC55, ≈ 2 mm deep; chrome hardness up to HV800+
Hard chrome	20–30 μm per side, up to 50 μm on request
Surface roughness	Ra ≤ 0.4 μm
Straightness	≈ 0.1 mm/m from Ø25 · ≈ 0.2 mm/m below Ø25
Length & cutting	Standard 1 m; CNC saw cut to length (≈ 3 mm allowance), ends left as sawn
